Job Description • Understand the needs of the customers through effective listening and questioning skills. • Obtain client information by doing the following: o Answering telephone calls. o Interviewing clients. o Verifying information. • Deal with all calls politely, courteously, professionally, and assertively. • Update job knowledge by: o Studying new product descriptions. o Participating in educational opportunities. • Adhere to the following: o Agreed processes. o Meet required work standards, targets, and objectives. Minimum Qualifications • Graduate of at least 2 years of college education of any IT-related courses, or has a vocational/training diploma/certificate related to IT. • Computer literate. • Strong analytical and planning skills; • Good communication and presentation skills; • Excellent problem-solving skills.
